Before you create an account

  • I am 13 or older.
  • Typing I agree is your electronic signature. It carries the same weight as a signature on paper.
  • ESA Pet Registry connects people with licensed professionals. We give no medical advice and we are not a law firm. A licensed professional decides whether you qualify.
  • The terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the refund policy apply to your account and to any order.
  • Simply registering your animal does not make your pet into an ESA.
  • Support answers Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 10 PM Pacific, at [email protected].

Type I agree (any case, spaces are fine) to switch the button on. Those two words are your signature.
