About ESA Pet Registry
We are an online service that connects people with licensed mental health professionals. The professional, not us, decides whether you qualify for an ESA housing letter or a PSD travel letter.
What we do
We run the process, a licensed professional makes the decision
You start with a questionnaire on our site. We connect you with a therapist licensed for your state, who contacts you for a consultation. If you qualify, you receive your signed letter, on your provider's letterhead, as a digital download.
We also answer questions along the way, in Live Support, by ticket, by email and by phone. We are an online service, available nationwide.

We do not give medical advice
The site is informational. Talk to your physician or another qualified health provider about your health.
We cannot promise acceptance
We cannot guarantee that landlords, airlines and others will understand and follow the relevant statutes and regulations. If a landlord, airline or hotel refuses your entry because of our letter, the refund policy applies.
Registering does not make an ESA
Registering an animal does not by itself make it an emotional support animal. A letter from a licensed professional, who decides whether you qualify, is the product we offer.
The therapists are contracted to provide the service. We do not endorse, certify or credential any therapist; section 9 of the terms has the wording.
